What's the project?

Pick the scope. We'll take it from there.

Tap any path below to jump to that capability. Mix and match - most Griffin projects span three or four scopes under one PO.

Self-performed scopes

One crew. Every phase.

Each scope below is run by a named Griffin superintendent. No outsourced subs hiding inside the schedule. Materials come from Griffin Materials; on-demand crews come from Griffin Labor.

SCOPE 01

Structural concrete with ground-penetrating radar.

Formwork and full-frame structural concrete with CIGPR - so you know exactly what's in the slab before the saw blade hits it. Onsite formwork keeps the schedule out of supplier-delay limbo.

  • Onsite formwork manufacturing
  • CIGPR imaging before cuts and cores
  • Engineering and shop drawings in-house
SCOPE 02

Site work + earth moving.

Reroute water. Install drainage. Build sewer. Set pipe. Prep sites for roadway and vertical construction. The foundation under every project.

  • Grading and excavation
  • Drainage and erosion control
  • Sub-base and roadbed prep
SCOPE 03

Underground utility.

Water main, storm, sanitary, force main. Public agency standards. Developer scope. From shot to tie-in.

  • Water, storm, sanitary mains
  • Pipe installation and tie-in
  • Public + private specs
SCOPE 04

Asphalt milling + paving.

Commercial milling and paving across Coastal GA and the SC Lowcountry. Resurfacing, new construction, lots, roadways, seal coat, line striping. One of our most-requested specialty scopes.

  • Mill and overlay
  • New construction paving
  • Seal coat + line striping
SCOPE 05

Foundation + pile driving.

Driven pile, footings, and slab work that prep the site for vertical construction. Coordinated with our concrete crew so the handoff doesn't slip.

  • Pile driving
  • Footings and slabs
  • Sub-grade prep for verticals
SCOPE 06

Demolition + material recycling.

Building takedown. Concrete crushing on site. Material reclaimed and resold through Griffin Materials. We close the loop on debris.

  • Building and structure demolition
  • On-site concrete crushing
  • Recycled aggregate supply

    The single-source advantage

One number. One PO. One responsible party.

When complex schedules unravel, it's almost always because four subs are pointing at each other. Griffin is built so you don't have that conversation.

    • 1
      Self-performed scopes.

Site, utility, concrete, asphalt, foundation, and demo all run by Griffin crews under Griffin superintendents.

    • 2
      Materials in-house.

Griffin Materials delivers topsoil, fill, crushed concrete, and bulk seal coat on same-day, next-day, or scheduled runs.

    • 3
      Bench depth on demand.

Griffin Labor supplies skilled temporary labor when scope or speed calls for it - no agency lag.

Five floors. All steel set. All concrete poured.

Structural concrete is where Griffin earns its name. Every floor poured by Griffin crews, every steel connection coordinated by Griffin engineers, every truck of mix scheduled by our office. Crews. Iron. Coastline.

Four jobsites that show the range. Port excavation. Structural concrete. Asphalt milling. Coastal curb work. Different scope each time, same crews under the same Pooler office.

    Port + Site Work

    Heavy excavation, container-side

Komatsu work at a port terminal - the kind of access-restricted site where one missed delivery shuts the whole pier down.

    Structural Concrete

    The pour, mid-stream

Wet concrete leaving the pump hose into the column form. Continuous flow, no breaks, no air pockets. The kind of pour that holds for fifty years.

    Asphalt Milling

Roadtec RX-500 on a port pad

Mill-and-overlay work at logistics-yard scale. Material loaded straight to chase trucks for haul-off.

    Concrete + Curb Work

Hand-finished curb under the live oaks

Coastal Georgia roadside curb pour, finished by hand with a magnesium float. The kind of detail that holds up against weather and time.

    How a Griffin job runs

Six steps. Six handoffs you can see.

Each phase has a named Griffin owner. Hover any step to see who runs it day-to-day.
